Winter Boatbuilding

At Bloodaxe something is stirring. It is a new growth of Cherubs! The design is by longtime Cherub designer and builder, and creator of the SK4 skiff Kevin Ellway. The Ellway Five is a progression of successful designs of the past.

The builder is Andy Paterson of Bloodaxe. He is very well known for his boats (including the successful Paterson 1-7 Cherub designs) and foils which are popular in a variety of classes.

Here are some pictures of the design and the latest ones of the male mould which is nearing completion.
