Hi Andy - I don't have a kite for you but have a look around for RS400 kites (but they only have a single down haul patch), topper buzz (slighty oversized) and topper xenon (still a bit big but close to ruleset).  Another option to look at is the Laser 3000 kite (slightly small but might work).

Remember that it likely to be about 7 years since anyone got a new 97 rules kite, so they are getting thin on the ground. A few years ago I had some spares, but they have all gone to other homes.

Are you looking for a mast head kite or a part hoist kite? a 29er kite might work

Not wanting to sell other peoples things, but, there is a 97 rules kite in my room at the moment.
Its from cheese, and is john hamiltons, might be worth calling him/his mum, details are on the classified section of the forum.

I got a new 97 rules kite from north this year and it was around £400 odd quid.  I know Roland also has a newer one on born slippy but i think it may be a cut down 05 rules one. so some people are starting to build new sails for the 97 rules set.
