They're back on the water folks

...and the skiff chics are there, letting themselves in a bit gently (small rig in big rig wind)...which makes me realise how difficult those machines must be

They have a steep learning curve...they did beat 3 boats - DNF and 2 DNS...but an hour behind on elapsed is a lot  :)

Have women raced 18s before? I'm sure somebody must have...

Watched the coverage on 18footerstv.com  can't wait for the next one.

Here's a photo that begins to illustrate just how big the 18's really are.  Here's our Cherub next to a UK based 18 at Carsington on Wednesday.  The length of the no.1 mast is immense.  I'd like to see her sailing!

That boat and at least 1 other are sailing at Rutland tomorrow
