Well my limited Classic Cherub knowledge would say it is a Forman 4, with a centreboard. Looks vaguely similar to mine, except I believe mine is narrower between the chine at the stern from memory.
Shows how bad my memory is, mine has a V'd transom! Either way, my comment about it looking forman'esque still stands!
Look forward to being proved otherwise though ;)
I'm only guessing, but it looks a bit too flat to be a Forman to me.
I'm always willing to be proved wrong.... a Spencer 7... shurely ?
Could be a Spencer 7b built by Peter Caisley?
I think its probably a Greg 6.
Oh good call Jim !
Another boat on ebay:
This is a sister ship to the Cat's Whiskers.

2661 is now on ebay. Looks pretty tidy and will be a good starter package for someone.

So you guys think 2661 is a good boat to start in?

Just been alerted to this. Might be useful to anyone 'doing up' an old boat? Bit far for me to travel though.
thats the same seller as the white foreman 4 on there a few months back .... cheeky monkey sold the boat and kept some spares back ? or only sold the hull ?
Certainly bits and sailno are Forman 4 Era... 25quid? In his dreams I think, especially if the kite pole is only 8ft long.
