+The Cardinal Sin Project continues apace with some real space-age technology to show off.
 +
+The T-foil rudder nears completion: After several months of steady progress
+the T foil tooling and special machined parts are coming together for the
 +first time now.
 +
+This T foil design uses a specially manufactured helical
+gearbox in the tiller head.  This allows fine adjustment of the T foil
+blade from a twist of the tiller extension on either tack.
 +
+These first parts are designed to be very robust and are CNC machined from
+stainless steel and Acetal.  The design itself is conceived to be fully
+serviceable; in a matter of minutes the full assembly can be stripped down
+for maintenance or repair.  The design is also modular which would allow an
+owner to start with the basics (foil tiller and blanking plates) and work
+up to the additional parts required to complete.
 +
+Pictures are of the gearbox assemblies, foil & axle assembly, and the axle
 +bearing plates.
